Problem	What to try
Straps slipping	Tighten the straps. If the problem persists, check your underband — if it's still loose on the smallest hook and eye, try sizing down.
Straps digging in	Loosen the straps. If the problem persists, try sizing down so the underband carries more of the support. If you have a very full bust and straps dig in after hours of wear, try our bra strap pads.
Side boob	Loosen the straps. If the problem persists, try sizing up.
Boobs spilling over the cups	The cups may be too small. Try sizing up.
Cups rippling, wrinkled or loose	The cups may be too large. Try sizing down.

How long does delivery take?

Orders to Europe typically arrive within 5 days. However, as delivery times can vary depending on your location, you'll get a more specific and accurate delivery window for your address at checkout.

We post your Snags from our home in the UK, so just remember that this is an estimate, and your parcel could show up a little sooner or later!
