Your Order

Can I track my Snag order?

Yes, if you picked tracked delivery, click the link in your dispatch email to see the status of your order. Your dispatch email has an estimated delivery date to give you an idea of when your parcel will arrive. These dates are not set in stone and your order can arrive slightly before or slightly after these dates.

Can change my delivery address after I have ordered?

We’ll do our best! Orders can only be changed before your parcel starts it’s journey through the warehouse. Let us know what you need to change and we’ll see if we can catch it. We’ll update you by email. Contact Customer Services as soon as possible: hello@snagtights.com

I am missing an item from my order, what do I do?

Sorry about that. First up, check both your order confirmation and packing slip contained in your order to verify the item that is missing. Then please reach out to customers service who can help you. Email: hello@snagtights.com.

How can I withdraw from my contract?

If you wish to withdraw from your contract, please follow the link here to access the necessary form. 

Kindly complete all sections of the form for your withdrawal requests.

Where possible, requests will be processed automatically. Fulfilled orders may require return labels to be sent to you, our team will arrange this for you as soon as possible.

Please be aware that our standard return fee (€10) will apply for withdrawal requests. Original shipping costs will be refunded when the entire order is processed for withdrawal.

Underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, and earrings cannot be submitted for withdrawal if they have been worn or hygiene seals have been broken.

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you have 14 days to return the items back to us.

Delivery

How long does delivery take at Snag?

Orders to Europe usually take up to 5 days to arrive. Because delivery times change depending on exactly where you live, we'll give you a specific and accurate delivery window for your address when you check out.

We hold stock in two places: our EU warehouse in Vianen, the Netherlands, and our UK warehouse in Livingston, Scotland. Wherever we can, we'll send your whole order from the Netherlands.

If we can't, but we can send it all from the UK, we'll do that instead. Just occasionally an order can only be completed by splitting it across both warehouses. If that happens, you'll see a delivery charge for each parcel at checkout before you pay.

You won't have to guess where your stuff is coming from, either. We'll show you exactly whether an item is shipping from the UK or the Netherlands right on the product page, and we'll remind you again at checkout.

Just keep in mind that our delivery times are estimates, so your parcel might show up a tiny bit sooner or later!

How much is delivery?

We always track down the cheapest, most reliable shipping available for you. Whenever we can, we use standard postal deliveries rather than couriers to help keep your costs down.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €125.

Delivery costs vary depending on exactly where you live in the EU. Here is the tracked standard delivery pricing for our most popular destinations:

  • Germany: €5.99 (up to 1kg) | €8.99 (1kg+)
  • France: €7.99 (up to 1kg) | €10.99 (1kg+)
  • Netherlands: €7.99 (up to 1kg) | €10.99 (1kg+)
  • Finland: €9.49 (up to 1kg) | €12.49 (1kg+)
  • Ireland: €8.49 (up to 1kg) | €11.49 (1kg+)

Do you have an IOSS number for EU Shipments?

Yes, we do. Our IOSS number is applied automatically to eligible orders at checkout, so you won’t need to take any extra steps.

Can change items in my order after I have placed it?

Returns

How can I return items?

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return something, here’s how it works:

You have 90 days to return eligible items

🩲 Intimates (Tights, Chub Rubs, Smoothwear & Underwear) – We can only accept returns if the items haven’t been tried on.

👗 Clothing & Bras – These can be tried on, but they must be returned in brand-new condition with all tags and labels still attached. See notes regarding garments bags.

👙 Swimwear – You can try on swimwear, but the hygiene strip must remain in place for us to accept the return.

Notes on Return Eligibility:

  • If your item came with a garment bag, please include it in your return. Missing garment bags will result in your return not being accepted.
  • Any items showing signs of wear (such as stains, odors, or damage) will not be accepted for return.

How to Return

  1. Complete your return through our portal here
  2. Follow the instructions provided and send your items to us ASAP to complete your return.
  3. Once we receive your return, our team will check it and get in touch to process your refund or exchange.

Important Notes: 

Just a heads-up about return charges:

If you chose our guaranteed returns policy when you bought your items, you can complete your return without any extra fees at all! ✅

If you didn't opt for guaranteed returns at checkout, don't worry—we'll simply let you know what the label fees are while you're setting up your return in the portal.

Keep in mind that label fees apply to each return you send. To save on fees, it's best to group your items from an order together in one return rather than sending them separately! Return packages should only contain items from one order.

Please make sure everything in your package is accounted for. We might not be accept or process items that aren't identified in your return request.

All returns make their way back to our UK warehouse. Since they have a bit of a journey, please allow some extra travel time for everything to be finalised. 📦

What are Checkout+ Guaranteed Returns?

Our fantastic new guaranteed returns system allows you to pay a small fee upfront for total peace of mind, just in case you need to send an item back later on! 🛡️

Of course, we want you to fall in love with your new Snags and get the perfect fit straight away, but think of this as your helpful back-up option. 👍

By paying a little in advance, you won’t have to worry about more costly label fees if you do decide to arrange a return down the line. 💰

Please make sure everything in your package is accounted for. We might not be able to accept or process items that aren't identified in your return request.

Am I able to apply Checkout+ Guaranteed Returns across multiple orders?

To apply Checkout+ across more than one order, you'll just need to make sure it's added to each of those orders individually. 

Our guaranteed returns system works its magic automatically, so it will only apply to the specific orders where it was purchased.

Don't worry though, you can still return items from any order even without Checkout+ Guaranteed Returns, just follow our usual returns process. 👌

Can I still return if I don’t add Checkout+ Guaranteed Returns?

Of course! Don’t worry, you can absolutely still send items back to us, even if you didn’t opt for guaranteed returns at checkout. 👌

We always recommend choosing guaranteed returns as it offers a much better rate overall for total peace of mind! 🌟

For one-off returns, the process is exactly the same—we'll simply let you know what any applicable label fees are while you're setting everything up in the portal. 📝

Are there charges for returning?

Yes, and we always believe in being super clear about how everything works! Just like shipping your lovely Snags to you, there are similar costs involved in getting them back to us. 🚛

We work really closely with our couriers to make sure we can offer you the most affordable and realistic rates possible.

Am I able to exchange items?

We’re currently updating our returns process to make everything much simpler and more streamlined for you! Initially, we’ll be focusing on refunds only, but we’ll be adding even more fantastic features as we continue to roll this out.

The option to exchange items is at the very top of our list, and we’ll be working on adding this just as soon as we know the new system is running smoothly. 🔄 Please bear with us—it’ll be with you very soon! ⏳

I have an issue or concern about an item I’ve received

Finding Your Perfect Fit

How do I pick the right size Snag tights?

All you need is your height, dress size and body shape, it’s that easy. Then find them on our size chart below and there's your Snag size.

How do I pick the right maternity Snag tights size?

We usually recommend getting a size up from your usual Snag size so that you can grow into them. A few of our customers who are normally a size F or G have said that sticking to the same size even when pregnant has worked for them as F and G are made to be even stretchier than A to E.

Care & Materials

How do I care for my Snag tights?

We recommend washing them on their own for the first time, and washing them before wearing them as the colour does not always, but may transfer. Officially, you should hand wash them using a 'non-aggressive detergent'. As busy people, we usually stick them on a 30ºC wash, with similar colours,inside our specially made wash bags (don't for get to add one to your order), or you can even use a pillowcase or lingerie bag. When drying them, please take care, squeeze dry only and avoid direct heat, as it can degrade the stretch.

What materials are used in Snag clothes?

All product compositions are listed on the individual products. We always aim to source the most ethical and sustainable raw materials.

Are Snag clothes suitable for men?

Yes!. Snag clothes are suitable for everyone.

Do Snag sell medical compression tights?

No, medical compression tights are a made to measure item with different specification depending on the wearer. But we do sell light compression tights that are perfect for people who are on their feet all day.

How can I model for Snag Tights?

Do you offer pay later services like Klarna?

To make our quality clothing more accessible, we're pleased to now offer flexible payment options. You can invest in your favourite Snag pieces and choose to pay later with Klarna.

Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreements. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, European residents only. Subject to status. Ts&Cs and late fees apply.

Why isn't my gift card working?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift cards on Preorder items or orders containing Preorder items.
